How can I sign up for a wholesale account at Vape Juice Wholesale?

All you need to do to create an account is navigate to vapejuicewholesale.com/register. Once you have registered, an email will be sent to you confirming your account information. If a phone number is provided, a text will be sent asking you to opt-in prior to receiving additional account updates, shipping notifications, and other marketing materials.

 

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Once you have received an order confirmation (by email and/or phone), it will take no more than 48-hours (M-F) before a shipping notification is sent to you. During peak season, it may take as long as 4-business days to fulfill select orders. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason, we will contact you by email.

 

How does shipping work?

All products are shipped by VJW or our Partners within the contiguous 48-states. Please make note, that certain products may not be shipped to certain states. All compliance information pertaining to shipments will be included in the product description. If we are unable to fulfill an order to your state, we will contact you immediately.

You will receive a tracking number via email within 48-hours of your order (during peak season we will notify you of a change in shipment times). VJW and our Partners ship using USPS, Fedex, or UPS. All shipments include a tracking number, and may require signature. If you are unable to sign for your package you may contact us after placing your order to resolve your issue.

 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on eligibility, location, and order size. If you have any questions regarding shipping costs you may contact us directly here.

 

Do you accept international orders?

At this time Vape Juice Wholesale only accepts orders within the United States. If you are located outside of this region, you may sign up for a wholesale account and we will notify you when we are able to serve you.

 

How do MOQ’s work?

Some products may have an MOQ (Minimum order quantity), which must be reached in order to fulfill your order. If a product has an MOQ, it is mentioned in the product description.

Most brands have no MOQ, while others start as low as 10 bottles.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed?

If you’ve made a mistake while placing an order, please contact us immediately here. In cases where your order has shipped, products shipped by Vape Juice Wholesale will always be free to return or modify. If your product is shipped by our Partners, return shipping is at the cost of the buyer if returns are accepted.
